About us
In 2016, Kart Carolina started as a small arrive and drive school. We bring decades of racing passion and years of first-hand championship experience together to offer you some of the most fun you can have on four wheels.
Kart Carolina is the ultimate way to experience kart racing. We offer driving consultation and support for every skill level, from beginner to experienced, ages 8 to 80!! Getting into racing can be difficult, and there are not many teams like us. Don't have your own apparel, helmet, or other gear? No problem, we have it! All you need to do is show up...
Our goal is to introduce racing to new and novice racers in the most fun, stress-free way possible. If you already purchased a kart... great! We can help you learn about it through our SUPPORT program. If not, Kart Carolina offers the first true arrive and drive experiences with race prepped sprint karts running LO206 engines by Briggs & Stratton... one of the hottest and fastest growing kart classes in North America. We offer experiences at both GoPro Motorplex in Mooresville, NC as well as Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, SC running on asphalt road courses approximately .75 miles in length.
